In all honesty, working with PHP for over an year now, and having seen several browsergame source codes during that period of time, I can hardly believe that working on any browsergame (of this type) would require more than 3 months of full-time work (coding). In fact, it would probably require 1 month of real full time work at most, and even that if you decide to implement god knows how many totally new things and code in a very weird inefficient way, which I doubt canidae is doing.
